BBH - Employee Handbook (A.K.A Second Skin)
ROLE: The client, CCO
There is nothing more important than culture when it comes to the success of a company. Without it, you have very little. In order for dozens of highly diverse people to think and work as one there is a lot to be learned.
So we created a handbook. It explains everything about who we are and what we believe in. But it also explains other important things like how to fill in expense forms or do your timesheet. The stuff any new employee needs to know.
And then we zagged it. And created Second Skin. A story experience that can be worn. With all this information hidden in it waiting to be discovered. A jacket that immediately makes you understand the calibre of agency you joined while welcoming you as one us us now.
